*Clothing can be hung at .25 per hanger -OR- free of charge if the customer provides their own hangers.
We are not a dry cleaners, therefore can not guarantee the removal of stains.*

The Laundromat Express & The Laundromat Express LL’s Terms & Conditions
Wash, Dry, Fold per lb. Bulk items priced separately. Same day service available based on availability- additional fees apply.
1. The Laundromat Express & The Laundromat Express LL’s are not responsible for clothing items that bleed, shrink, or otherwise change due to normal washing.
2. The Laundromat Express & The Laundromat Express LL’s are not responsible for lost articles unless proven that we were responsible for the loss.
3. The Laundromat Express & The Laundromat Express LL’s accepts laundered (Wash/ Dry/ Fold) garments based on weight and performs a piece-by-piece on certain bulk items as specified.
4. The Laundromat Express & The Laundromat Express LL’s are not responsible for any items left in our store over 14 days. Any clothing may be discarded or donated after 30 days. A late pick-up fee of $5 & storage fee of $5 per week, fee not to exceed $25. No clothing will be release until the bill is settled in full.
5. The Laundromat Express & The Laundromat Express LL’s are not responsible for damage to items labeled “hand wash only” or “dry clean only” and is not responsible for checking for these labels in customers clothing items. We do not perform dry cleaning services. If you have (Wash/ Dry/ Fold) for pickup, please label and identify each bag accordingly.
6. The Laundromat Express & The Laundromat Express LL’s are not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal or non-cleanable item s left in the clothing or bags such as money, jewelry, or anything else. The Laundromat Express & The Laundromat Express LL’s are also not responsible for items left in clothing (e.g. ink pen, markers, lip balm, etc) that may result in damage to clothing during wash. Customer agrees not to leave such items in its clothing or in the delivery bags.
7. The Laundromat Express & The Laundromat Express LL’s are not responsible for any loss, damage or theft of items left unattended for pick up-or drop-off by Customer. The Laundromat Express & The Laundromat Express LL’s will not leave any bags unattended unless requested.
8. The Laundromat Express & The Laundromat Express LL’s serves the right to refuse customers or refuse cleaning any item.
9. The Laundromat Express & The Laundromat Express LL’s does not guarantee removal of all stains. We are not a dry cleaner and do not actively treat stains.
10. The Laundromat Express & The Laundromat Express LL’s will not clean clothing infested with scabies, bed bugs, mites, fleas or any such contagious parasites or insects.
11. The Laundromat Express & The Laundromat Express LL’s, at its sole discretion, may reimburse clients for lost or damaged at The Laundromat Express & The Laundromat Express LL’s at in an amount to be determined by The Laundromat Express & The Laundromat Express LL’s - this amount cannot exceed $150.00 in total per order or $25.00 total for every 10lbs of laundry washed regardless of brand or condition. Incoming weight vs outgoing weight are heavily relied upon for ascertaining whether there are lost items or not. Customers must notify The Laundromat Express & The Laundromat Express LL’s & The Laundromat Express LL’s within 2 business days of receipt of a delivery of any lost or damaged items from that particular delivery, failure to do so constitutes waiver of a claim for any lost or damaged items from that delivery.
12. The Laundromat Express & The Laundromat Express LL’s liability under this agreement shall be limited to general money damages in an amount not to exceed the charges for the term of service paid by Customer in the term under which the damages are alleged to have occurred. This liability shall be the extent of The Laundromat Express & The Laundromat Express LL’s liability regardless of the form in which any legal or equitable action may be brought and the foregoing shall constitute Customers exclusive remedy. In no event will The Laundromat Express & The Laundromat Express LL’s be held liable or be responsible for any consequential, special, indirect, incidental, or punitive loss or damages whether or not The Laundromat Express & The Laundromat Express LL knew or should have known of the likelihood of any loss or damages. The Laundromat Express & The Laundromat Express LL’s disclaims all warranties express or implied with respect to the services rendered under this agreement.
13. Customer must pay the invoice charges prior to laundry being cleaned. The invoice can be made available prior to drop off by via phone, email, or text.
14. This agreement and any documents referred to herein constitute the complete, exclusive, and entire agreement between the parties, may not be modified except in writing signed by both parties, and shall be governed by the state of Pennsylvania, which it operates.
